What awaits you

• Technical leadership of 1-2 cross-functional delivery teams aligned with project and company-wide requirements, frameworks, and goals.
• Planning, execution, and follow-up of technical project workshops with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
• Feasibility analysis, solution design, estimation, and presentation of adjustments to project and platform architectures within various sales activities.
• Further development of the company-wide platform architecture and technology stack in collaboration with all Solution Architects.
• Support and participation in cross-team knowledge transfer, onboarding, and internal training.

What you bring

• Solid technical education and initial professional experience in the conception and execution of complex IT projects (as a Software Engineer, Solution Manager, Solution Architect, and/or Technical Project Manager).
• Experience with agile development and knowledge management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Initial exposure to microservice and cloud architectures, as well as current cloud provider solutions.
• Knowledge of the Spring ecosystem, OpenAPI Specifications, Kafka, MongoDB, EFK stack, and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Solution-oriented, independent, and communicative personality.
• The desire to make Vienna climate-fit for the future together with the Wiener Stadtwerke Group.
