As a B2B Sales Manager for Non-Ferrous Metals, you will be instrumental in driving growth and fostering strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:- Customer Orientation: Actively acquire new customers, nurture existing business relationships, and conduct thorough needs analyses to build sustainable partnerships.
- Offers & Calculation: Create tailor-made offers and economic calculations, managing the entire offer process through to successful closure.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market and competitor developments, identify opportunities, and derive sales strategies.
- Order Processing: Record offers and orders in the ERP system, ensuring structured and traceable processing of all sales-relevant activities.
- Customer Development: Holistically manage assigned customers, strategically develop their business, and conduct site visits in Eastern Germany as needed to strengthen relationships and identify new needs.
Work Model & Onboarding
After an intensive onboarding period at our Dresden workspace, which includes insights into various Wieland Metal Services GmbH locations, you will primarily work 100% from home. You will independently manage your sales activities and have the opportunity to actively shape structures, processes, and collaboration within a developing team.Your Potential
We are looking for a candidate with:- Ideally, experience in sales or customer management, with knowledge of offer calculations and ERP systems.
- A service-oriented and solution-focused approach, with a talent for building sustainable customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and the ability to collaborate effectively across interfaces.
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style, with a proactive approach to improving processes and customer relations.
- Flexibility to work remotely and travel for customer visits as required.
