At WHOOP, we are on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. As a Business Recruiter, you will join our growing Talent team to support hiring high-impact business roles across Marketing, Finance, Operations, and People.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers for full-cycle recruiting across functions.
  • Source and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and outbound strategies.
  • Manage candidate communications and interview logistics for a professional experience.
  • Conduct resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate fit.
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (Lever).
  • Support team initiatives and continually improve the hiring process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for WHOOP, representing our values and mission.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust.
  • High organization and attention to detail for managing multiple roles.
  • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (Lever is a plus).
  • Adaptability, a proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams.
  • Embrace and leverage AI tools while maintaining high quality standards.
