Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs swiftly.
• Work across multiple areas including cashiering and product displays.
• Process customer purchases, returns, and credits accurately.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and remove out-of-date items.
• Maintain proper signage and follow food safety and cleaning procedures.
• Participate in inventories and adhere to SOPs and company guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and team members.
• Maintain awareness of new products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Work scheduled shifts and attend all required meetings.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Candidates should possess basic computer skills, effective communication, the ability to quickly learn product knowledge, solid customer service experience, and be adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Experience with retail or hospitality is preferred.

Benefits & Additional Information

The role offers hourly wages ranging from $17.00 to $25.40, eligibility for Whole Benefits including health insurance and retirement plans, and potential base rate increase after 90 days for new team members.
