Responsibilities
This role assists with food production, ensuring proper labeling, dating, covering, and rotating of products. The position involves documenting waste, following recipes with accurate measurements, and maintaining clean workstations including walk-ins and freezers.
- Engage with customers by providing excellent service.
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines.
- Participate in opening, mid, and closing duties.
- Report safety hazards promptly.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Candidates should demonstrate strong product knowledge, efficient time management, and clear communication. The role requires adherence to merchandising expectations and WFM quality goals, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
The job requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, work long hours standing/walking, and perform various physical tasks. It involves exposure to varying temperatures, cleaning chemicals, and use of tools and equipment.
Compensation & Benefits
