- Purchase and replenish prepared foods following proper buying procedures
- Monitor inventory control and address open PO reports
- Control spoilage and shrink while achieving turn goals
- Assist with counter service and food preparation as needed
- Communicate ordering needs with management and vendors
- Support cost recipe development and special order procedures
- Maintain financial profitability and meet purchasing targets
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties ensuring sign and pricing accuracy
- Report safety hazards promptly
