The Role: German-Speaking Customer Support & Quality Associate

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented German-Speaking Customer Support & Quality Associate to join our team at our Athens offices. The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our customer service standards by supporting quality assurance processes and ensuring that client interactions are aligned with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

The role includes direct communication with clients — predominantly German-speaking — providing structured support regarding the use of the Whitetip investment platform and facilitating the collection and review of required KYC documentation where necessary.

This position requires sound judgment, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility, along with the ability to uphold a consistent, compliant, and high-quality client experience.

Key Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in German (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Professional demeanor and compliance-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Athens

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the financial services sector will be considered an asset
