Asset Management Analyst - WhiteCap Search
Our client, a prominent credit-focused investment firm with over $60B of AUM, is looking to hire an Analyst to join their growing Asset Management team. As one of the largest credit funds in the world, the firm has seen significant year-over-year growth, creating an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This individual will be integral to supporting the team in investment valuations, portfolio analysis, and smooth onboarding of new investments. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office work Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
Job Function
- Work closely with the underwriting team to smoothly onboard new investments.
- Perform valuations for a variety of investments include illiquid securities.
- Prepare detailed summaries for monthly and quarterly valuations and presentations for the valuation committee.
- Build and maintain models that analyze and track performance.
- Interact with the fund's portfolio managers to review portfolio performance.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of valuations related experience at an investment bank, consulting firm or hedge fund.
