Role Overview

The Senior Visual Designer will craft striking visuals that are both beautiful and meaningful. This role is for a self-driven individual who takes full ownership from concept to execution and works closely with the Head of Design, Art Director, and marketing teams to bring campaigns, product stories, and cultural activations to life.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality designs for web, social, events, campaigns, and community touchpoints.
• Lead creative direction for major launches and cultural activations.
• Transform brand strategy into cohesive visuals across channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and community teams.
• Contribute to evolving the overall brand system with room for experimentation.
• Communicate design rationale and build effective feedback loops.

Requirements

• 5+ years in visual, brand, or digital design with web-first execution focus.
• A portfolio demonstrating bold creative thinking and detailed execution.
• Self-driven and capable of managing projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• Availability to collaborate in North American time zones.
• Interest in blockchain, creative economies, and evolving design technology trends.

Bonus Points

• Experience with emerging tech, creative communities, or web3 brands.
• Exposure to large-scale cultural events or collaborations.
• Agency background or experience with globally recognized brands.
