The Team
The Brand Management team is responsible for promoting and maintaining the brand image at local, national, or international levels by coordinating marketing strategies including packaging, pricing, advertising, and promotions.
This Role In Summary
The Senior Analyst, Brand Management will strengthen brand equity, lead integrated communication plans, and enhance team structure and capabilities. The role focuses on both strategic vision and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Developing and executing comprehensive communication plans to drive awareness and consideration.
- Leveraging competitive insights and consumer behavior to craft marketing initiatives across offline and online mediums.
- Overseeing end-to-end marketing activities across ATL, BTL, digital, and PR channels.
- Aligning brand positioning with business goals by close collaboration with category teams.
- Managing agencies and vendors for PR, media, creative, and research efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Communications; Bachelor’s degree in related fields is a plus.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in FMCG/FMCD or creative/brand consulting agencies.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Retail).
- Ability to lead creative development in high-visibility brand environments.
- Experience in product & brand campaigns, product launches, and strategic marketing planning.
Preferred Skills And Experiences
Candidates with a background in integrated marketing communication, brand strategy, media planning, and digital marketing are preferred. Personal attributes include strategic thinking, creative sensitivity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
