GTM Marketing Manager – Energy and Transportation
The GTM Marketing Manager – Energy and Transportation is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) marketing strategies for the energy and transportation industries, with a focus on electric utilities, data centers, and oil & gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop vertical-specific GTM campaigns integrating sales, rentals, service and parts.
- Conduct market analysis, assess opportunities and evaluate competitive positioning.
- Plan field-level marketing activities including demos, jobsite visits and trade shows.
- Collaborate with sales, rental operations, service teams and OEM partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on marketing KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (MBA a plus) and 6–8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the energy industry.
Skills and Competencies
- Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot).
- Strong market analysis, project management and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct customer research and tailor vertical-specific campaigns.
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic cross-functional setup.
