About the Role

Join Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe, and redefine e-commerce by blending community, shopping, and entertainment. In this Account Manager role, you will drive business growth and forge deep partnerships with sellers, collaborating with some of the most influential partners in the ecosystem to build both short- and long-term strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong seller relationships using a consultative approach.
  • Analyze seller data to drive growth and product adoption.
  • Manage a targeted book of business for sustained success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and advocate for seller needs.
  • Apply rigorous project management practices to drive initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or account management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and Sigma.
  • Strong data-driven approach and deep analytical skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Project management discipline and communication skills.
