About the Team/Role

As a Software Engineering Senior Manager on the Health & Benefits Technology team, you will lead a team that partners with Product Managers and customers to address challenges in the competitive employee benefits landscape.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a software development team.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and guide technical design.
  • Implement best practices, TDD/BDD processes, and automated CI/CD on Azure.
  • Drive improvements in operational performance and software quality.

Experience & Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or Software Engineering; at least 10 years in software engineering and 5 years in a management role. Excellent leadership, strategic, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
