About the Enterprise Account Executive Role at WeTravel
I’m Erika, Director of Strategic Accounts at WeTravel, and I lead high-performing sales teams creating meaningful B2B SaaS partnerships across 50+ markets. We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Commercial Sales team. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence how WeTravel secures its most complex and strategic deals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to solve significant challenges for our largest prospects.

What You’ll Do as an Enterprise Account Executive
- Prospect into and manage high-complexity, high-value accounts.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from initial discovery to negotiation and close.
- Conduct structured discovery sessions with senior stakeholders, including Director, VP, and C-level executives.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with both prospects and customers.
- Partner closely with Strategic AEs, Core AEs, Sales Engineering, Product, and Enablement teams.
- Collaborate with other AEs when enterprise involvement is necessary for complex deals.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain excellent pipeline hygiene.
- Influence product positioning and provide feedback based on direct customer insights.
At WeTravel, we advocate for a thoughtful, proactive, and consultative sales approach over transactional methods. You will be expected to confidently and empathetically represent our product vision while executing a disciplined sales process.

Experience We’re Looking For
- 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise sales motion.
- Proven track record managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Credible consultative selling skills with enterprise customers.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and clearly articulate value.
- Experience in SaaS, travel tech, or payments is a significant plus.
