AI Software Engineer at WeTransfer (Bending Spoons)
WeTransfer, now part of Bending Spoons, is seeking an AI Software Engineer to join its growing team in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to build AI-powered product experiences, integrate cutting-edge AI tools into the development workflow, and work across diverse technology stacks with end-to-end ownership. You will be instrumental in shaping the culture of the new Madrid office and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered product experiences that transform user experiences for millions.
- Integrate powerful AI tools into the development workflow to enhance speed and maintain high standards.
- Work across diverse technology stacks (monoliths to microservices, gRPC to REST, Python to Rust) with end-to-end ownership.
- Take ownership from idea to production, creating and evolving systems used by millions.
- Simplify architectures, pipelines, and codebases to build more scalable and maintainable systems.
