About the role
AI Marketer Intern
At WeSuite, a Fluent Software Group company, we're building AI-native workflows across a portfolio of vertical software companies. We need someone who thinks in both prompts and pipelines. You won't just use AI tools; you'll help design how we use them. This is a hands-on role where your work ships, not just sits in a deck.
What You'll Own
- AI-Powered Content Creation: Draft, iterate, and publish marketing content (emails, landing pages, case studies, social posts) using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and others. Build and refine prompt libraries to make content production faster and more consistent across portfolio companies. Test multi-model workflows to identify where different AI tools outperform each other.
- Campaign Support: Support outbound and inbound campaigns for portfolio companies in vertical SaaS markets. Help design and execute A/B tests on messaging, subject lines, and CTAs. Analyze campaign performance and surface insights with a clear point of view.
- AI Workflow Development: Document and systematize AI-assisted marketing processes so they're repeatable and scalable. Research and evaluate emerging AI marketing tools and make recommendations backed by real rationale. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify manual marketing tasks that AI can accelerate.
- Research & Competitive Intelligence: Run market and competitor research to inform positioning across portfolio verticals. Synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries for business leaders.
Who You Are
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Genuinely excited about AI — you use it daily, you think about it, and you have opinions about it.
- A strong writer who can communicate complex ideas clearly and without fluff.
- Comfortable with ambiguity — you figure things out before asking for help.
- Curious and resourceful, with a bias toward action.
Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional or personal project context.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or vertical software markets.
- Experience building or documenting workflows and SOPs.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, paid media, or marketing analytics.

- Team-First Mindset: Regular events, collaboration, and global connections.
The best marketers of the next decade will be the ones who know how to think alongside AI — not just use it. If that's you, help us scale incredible software companies without losing their entrepreneurial edge. At Fluent and Valsoft, you'll make a real impact from Day 1. #WeSuite
