The Project Manager, Rental Acquisitions role is pivotal in ensuring that newly acquired rental companies are seamlessly integrated into the Westward360 RM ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full lifecycle of each acquisition, from LOI to post-integration stabilization.
  • Coordinate comprehensive onboarding including accounts, staff, leases, financials and systems.
  • Develop and maintain an Acquisition & Onboarding Playbook.
  • Build strong relationships with internal leaders and acquired company teams.
  • Serve as main point of contact for data collection and go-live deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Leasing and Compliance to ensure licenses and registrations are complete.
  • Monitor staffing and resource allocation for multiple concurrent acquisitions.
  • Provide executive-level progress, risks, and mitigation reporting.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • 3+ years of project management, consulting or integration experience; Rental management or M&A experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
