About the Role

Join Westpac's Consumer Team as a Product Analyst. This full time, permanent opportunity is a hybrid role based in Sydney with 2 days in the office.

What’s the Role?

Be part of a team focused on enhancing the experience for existing (back book) customers through improved engagement, retention, and go‑to‑market execution. This role is ideal for someone curious, analytically minded, and passionate about using data to improve customer outcomes and drive value for the bank.

What do I Need?

• 2 years of experience in customer or product analytics in Banking or Financial Services
• Foundational skills in data analysis tools or languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar)
• Exposure to product, GTM, marketing, customer lifecycle, or retention activity
• Exceptional problem solving and self-organisation skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, accounting, commerce or related discipline
