About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Systems Management: Complete system administration processes to ensure performance, health, and user access.
- Project Practitioner Support: Identify trends and educate practitioners to build self-serve capability.
- Knowledge and Tools Management: Integrate standards and methods across tools.
Required Skills & Experience
- Engineering or Computer Science background
- Experience with Clarity, Planview, SharePoint (Power Apps and Workflow), Confluence, JIRA
- Familiarity with SQL/NSQL, HTML, XML, and JSON
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
