Business Manager - Business Banking

About the Role

Reporting to the Area Manager, our ideal candidate genuinely enjoys helping customers and has a track record of delivering excellent service. In this role, you will assist business customers with home lending, business lending, equipment finance, and credit cards, as well as contribute to customer retention by proactively contacting customers based on needs-based leads. You will work closely with internal business partners across Westpac to ensure business customers get the support they need, when they need it.

What Will You Bring?

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering top notch service to business customers. You should have:

• A strong understanding of Credit Risk and prior Credit Analysis experience.
• Business/Commercial lending experience.
• An interest in learning about business lending and pursuing a career in Business Banking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone or email interactions.
• Initiative, ownership, and willingness to learn.
• Preferably a tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting.
