What's the role?
You'll join our Consumer and UNITE Tech team as a full-time Engineer, Marketing Technology based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country. You'll be part of a team bringing Westpac's next generation of marketing and analytics technology to life. If you love creating smart, scalable and modern tech solutions, this is a place where you'll be hands-on, curious and constantly learning.
You'll work across platforms like Adobe Experience Platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping design, build and evolve data assets, integrations and services that power personalised customer experiences. You'll collaborate with marketing, data and technology teams, building new capability while simplifying and uplifting the tech stack so it's faster, more reliable and more effective for our people and customers.
What do I need?
- Experience with marketing automation or decisioning platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data, analytics and decisioning.
- Must have experience with SQL or Snowflake and a marketing or customer data background.
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Javascript, Python, HTML or CSS (desirable).
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
