Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead A/B testing, MVT, and personalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, marketers, and IT.
- Analyze and communicate testing outcomes from new product launches and site changes.
- Develop clear presentations and reports on testing results.
- Ensure statistical integrity using Adobe Target and third-party tools.
- Highlight tagging and measurement requirements for testing initiatives.
- Maintain and publish content on the team SharePoint site.
Qualifications
A degree/diploma in business, mathematics, or related field with 2+ years’ experience in digital optimization platforms such as Adobe Target, and analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. A strong grasp of web optimization concepts, digital metrics and a functional understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential. Experience in marketing, customer behavior, and financial/digital analysis is beneficial.
