Job Description

The Specialty Marketing Director is responsible for the leadership and execution of affiliate and partner marketing strategies to drive qualified vacation ownership leads, increase resort tour bookings, and generate incremental revenue. This role involves building, managing, and optimizing a portfolio of affiliate partners and third-party marketing relationships aligned with the company’s brand, values, and business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and lead marketing partnerships for vacation package bookings.
- Manage day-to-day operations including partner onboarding and compliance.
- Establish commission structures, incentives, and partnership terms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing, Brand & Creative, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
- Analyze performance data and KPIs to optimize campaign results.
- Develop co-branded initiatives and promotional offers.
- Stay current on marketing trends, technologies, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
Candidates must have 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, or business development within hospitality, timeshare, or travel industries. Proven success in managing affiliate programs, contract negotiations, and team leadership is essential. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and affiliate management systems
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role directly supervises a team, ensuring effective training, planning, and performance management in accordance with company policies.
