Role Overview: Procurement S2P Sourcing & Contract Specialist

This role is ideal for a Procurement Systems–enabled Sourcing professional with hands-on experience in administering and optimizing enterprise procurement platforms like Jaggaer, Ivalua, Oracle Procurement Cloud, and Source-to-Pay/Contract Lifecycle Management solutions. You will own and support end-to-end Source-to-Pay workflows, including purchase orders, contract lifecycle management, pricing analysis, and ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate supplier capabilities, risk, quality, pricing, and delivery performance
  • Lead sourcing events, manage RFx activities, and make award recommendations
  • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and terms with suppliers
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to review and implement contracts
  • Maintain accurate records and update purchasing systems and policies
  • Monitor market trends and recommend process improvements for cost-savings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of procurement or supply chain experience
  • Experience with cloud-based sourcing and procurement systems
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven contract management experience
  • Ability to analyze data and manage workflows efficiently
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Bonus Points

  • Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and sourcing strategies across multiple categories
  • Proven track record in delivering cost savings and risk reduction

Work Location & Arrangement

This full-time hybrid role is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Initially remote, the role will transition to on-site work in Raleigh by mid-2026. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Raleigh area within 90 days of offer acceptance. Expect up to 20% travel, including participation at company summits and business events.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is estimated between $80,300 and $120,400, based on factors such as skill sets, experience, and certifications. WGU offers comprehensive benefits including bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and more.

Hiring Process
