About the Role

The Discount and Payment Processor Specialist at Western Governors University is responsible for assisting in the student discount process and payment processing. Key Responsibilities

  • Track and process student discounts and payments accurately.
  • Provide secondary billing support and resolve accounts receivable queries.
  • Communicate with students, sponsors, and third party partners.
  • Maintain timely records and adhere to compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multiple university offices for issue resolution.

Qualifications

Required: Associate’s degree, 1 year experience in student accounts/finance, strong Excel and analytical skills, working knowledge of Excel, Banner, Salesforce, and FERPA regulations.Preferred: Bachelor's degree, familiarity with student information systems and federal financial aid.
