About the Digital Service Insurance Team Lead Role

The Digital Service Insurance Team Lead will lead a team of Insurance Advisors, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), coaching and mentoring with the support of the Manager, Digital Service. This role supports daily operations and contributes to the growth of a large Personal Lines book of business.
A Day in the Life of a Digital Service Insurance Team Lead
- Oversee changes to insurance policies and endorsements, ensuring adherence to policy and procedure.
- Continuously research and review industry and product knowledge to comply with legislative statutes.
- Complete performance evaluations for staff, partnering with the Manager, Digital Service.
- Commit to personal development through industry involvement, training, and relevant courses.
- Adhere to all Company processes to ensure consistent and accurate documentation and correspondence.
- Assist other departments, positions, tasks, and duties as required.
What You Bring to Western Financial Group
- General Insurance Level 2 License required; RIBO an asset.
- Demonstrated history of modeling best practices and implementing initiatives effectively.
- Strong time-management and training skills, thriving in a deadline-driven environment.
- Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal.
