What You'll Do
- Administer the delivery of financial aid and scholarships by analyzing student records.
- Review and update student documentation to reflect eligibility accurately.
- Communicate with students, parents, and team members to resolve documentation issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Resolve complex queries using federal, state, and institutional policy research.
- Train staff and design educational programs on financial aid processes.
- Manage conflicts and document accurate adjustments to student eligibility.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of one year of financial aid experience in a fast-paced student services environment. Master’s degree and familiarity with Banner Student Information System are preferred. Ability to access federal databases (FPP, COD, NSLDS) is required.
