What You'll Do

  • Administer the delivery of financial aid and scholarships by analyzing student records.
  • Review and update student documentation to reflect eligibility accurately.
  • Communicate with students, parents, and team members to resolve documentation issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Resolve complex queries using federal, state, and institutional policy research.
  • Train staff and design educational programs on financial aid processes.
  • Manage conflicts and document accurate adjustments to student eligibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of one year of financial aid experience in a fast-paced student services environment. Master’s degree and familiarity with Banner Student Information System are preferred. Ability to access federal databases (FPP, COD, NSLDS) is required.
