What to Expect as a Quality Control Administrator

This position provides administrative support for the Quality Assurance department and requires strong organization, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent telephone skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review work orders for completion, accuracy, and proper documentation.
  • Process completed maintenance task documentation for customers.
  • Organize maintenance documentation into standardized formats.
  • Data entry into the Corridor Aviation Maintenance Program.
  • Assist the Chief Inspector with vendor and FAA audits.
  • Manage logbook entries and familiarize with quality manuals.
  • Foster professional relationships with customers and fleet operators.
  • Help develop new processes and techniques for efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Inspector.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license (or passport preferred).

Experience: Previous experience with aircraft maintenance records and Corridor systems is ideal.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, communication in English, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical & Mental Requirements

This role involves routine walking, sitting, computer operations, and adherence to FAA guidelines and company safety standards.

Equipment Used

Utilizes personal computer systems running Windows, Microsoft Office, Corridor, fax machines, telephones, and photocopiers.
