Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in progress (graduation between December 2026 and July 2027), minimum GPA of 3.0, legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, and residency within 50 miles of the assigned office.
Preferred: Majors in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance; familiarity with data analysis and Microsoft Office; interest in commercial and retail banking and banking technology.
Work Conditions
This is a hybrid internship role with travel expectations of up to 50% (Monday – Thursday) with expenses covered by West Monroe.
Compensation
Pay transparency guidelines indicate an hourly rate of $39.00.
