Overview

Launch your consulting journey with West Monroe as a Banking Consulting Intern. In this role, you will gain exposure to business, technology, and management consulting within the banking industry. You will work with new and existing clients on strategy, transformation, and delivery engagements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Apply personal and corporate knowledge to tailor client solutions.
• Support business and technology executives in resolving key challenges.
• Gain exposure to commercial banking, treasury management, risk regulation, and retail banking segments.
• Engage in areas such as lending, payments processing, and compliance.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

You must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and July 2027, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Candidates should reside within 50 miles of the assigned office and be willing to travel up to 50% (Monday – Thursday) with travel expenses covered. Preferred majors include Business Administration, Economics, or Finance. Familiarity with data analysis and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Compensation & Work Model

This internship offers an hourly rate of $39.00 under a hybrid work model, blending on-site collaboration with remote work flexibility.
