About the Analyst - Data Governance Role
As an Analyst - Data Governance at Wesco, you are responsible for hands-on execution and maintenance of our master data while enforcing policies and processes around data attributes. You will work with the business-enabling team handling customer, supplier, and product domain data.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, validate, and execute data create and change requests accurately.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve master data exceptions.
- Conduct data quality audits and compile issues for review.
- Perform statistical and relational analyses on large datasets.
- Execute data cleansing, enrichment, and ERP upgrade testing cycles.
- Participate in governance projects for process improvements.
- Enforce data standards to maintain data cleanliness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Technology or Business preferred). Experience with Microsoft Office, Oracle ERP, and data handling is expected. Familiarity with master data management, data tools, and basic statistical analysis is advantageous. Excellent communication, detail orientation, and organizational skills are essential.
