This is what you will do: As a Business Development Manager, you will make an impact on the future of sustainable energy and the commercial growth of Technische Unie. You will develop new propositions, build business models, and ensure our products and services make a difference. You will collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and marketing, guiding not only content but also direction. You will develop and secure new business within the Wire, Cable & Lighting product group. With your market knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit, you will translate trends and customer needs into concrete solutions that add direct value for customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the vision and strategy for the lighting product category. Identify market trends and customer needs and translate them into innovative propositions. Prepare business plans per product category, including financial analyses and KPIs. Stimulate optimal market penetration with sales, procurement, and marketing. Functionally manage and coach specialists and/or inside sales staff. Secure knowledge, develop sales tools, and strengthen our commercial capabilities. Utilize the right marketing tools to reach customers with the Technische Unie lighting proposition. Relationship management: connect stakeholders internally and externally. What makes you successful?
