Job Responsibilities

• Interface with autonomous driving implementation projects or project development work.
• Lead all technical aspects of implementation projects, including tracking technical issues, foreseeing technical difficulties and safety points, and designing experiments to complete testing.
• Participate in the establishment of standardized testing processes, software module requirements definition, and solution design; design verification plans and write test cases based on requirement documents.
• Effectively execute autonomous driving demonstration tests, analyze test data, and follow up; perform test cases in simulation environments or road tests, and report and communicate test results to relevant departments.

Job Requirements

• Majors in Computer Science, Vehicle Engineering, Automotive Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
• Possess strong learning ability, active thinking, good communication, and coordination skills; project management experience is a plus.
• Have a certain understanding of vehicle testing, having exposure to one or more of road testing, performance testing, or scenario testing. Autonomous driving testing experience is preferred, with the ability to offer insights or optimization suggestions for testing processes.
• Strong sense of responsibility, with problem-solving and risk foresight abilities in project implementation, and proactive in driving problem resolution.
• Possess data analysis capabilities and basic ability to discover, analyze, and summarize problems.
• Familiarity with vehicle whole-vehicle testing knowledge and processes; proficient in testing tools like Linux, Git, Docker, and able to understand code (mandatory).
• Familiarity with software testing knowledge and processes (detailed to test cases).
• Hold a valid driver's license and have an understanding of vehicle operating scenarios.
