About the Role: Customer Success Manager at Wemolo

As a Customer Success Manager, you will support the introduction and implementation of our camera system on the parking lots of our B2B customers. You will continuously develop your customers and advise them on the best possible use of our system to ensure customer satisfaction.
What to Expect
- Customer Onboarding: You will provide structured, practical implementation support via emails, calls, and live demos to ensure seamless integration of our camera systems on customer parking lots.
- Customer Empowerment: You will transform customers into product experts by providing actionable insights and advice on how to maximize the value of Wemolo solutions.
- Relationship Building: You will cultivate trusting relationships with customers through proactive support and regular check-ins to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams – including Commercial, Product, and Engineering – and interact with B2B stakeholders to successfully realize projects.
- Continuous Improvement: You will identify opportunities for automating and optimizing processes, contributing to a more efficient and scalable customer journey.
Inspire Us By
- Your Experience: You bring approx. 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service, ideally in a B2B software or technology company with hardware components.
- Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently present solutions.
- Technical Skills: Experience with tools like G-Suite, Airtable, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
- Availability: You can start earliest in May and are eager to actively contribute to our team.
- Languages: You have C2 German language skills and speak business-fluent English; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
