Brand Marketing Trainee
We are hiring individuals who want to build their careers in brand building through execution across domains such as content, influencer marketing, digital marketing, events, or partnerships.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs)
- Execute brand initiatives within a specific domain (content / influencer / digital / events / partnerships) with high ownership and quality.
- Plan and execute campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
- Identify, engage, and manage relevant stakeholders (creators, vendors, partners, internal teams).
- Conduct consumer calling and direct interactions to gather feedback and insights.
- Perform market research and benchmarking to identify gaps and improve execution.
- Monitor brand presence, reviews, and sentiment to manage brand reputation.
- Track performance metrics, maintain reports, and identify areas of improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution across teams.
