Brand Activation Executive at Wellversed

This role focuses on execution across events, activations, exhibitions, launches, and partnerships. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

  • Execute brand events, activations, and promotional initiatives with high ownership and quality.
  • Plan and coordinate on-ground events, exhibitions, launches, and corporate activations.
  • Identify, engage, and manage vendors, agencies, venues, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely event setup, logistics management, and smooth end-to-end execution.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align events with brand objectives and campaigns.
  • Manage consumer interactions during events to enhance brand visibility and experience.
  • Track event performance metrics, footfall, leads, and feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain budgets, reports, and post-event summaries for management review.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional execution across teams.
