Role Overview
As the Director of Member Growth and Activation, you will be the growth hacker for our membership. You will be accountable for enrollment volume, conversion outcomes, and daily growth levers that drive members through the funnel and keep them engaged with Wellthy.
- Driving Member Growth: Increase enrollments and support client success.
- High-Volume Experimentation: Lead extensive A/B testing and rapid iterations.
- Reducing Friction: Identify barriers and simplify member activation.
- Shaping Engagement Strategy: Develop strategies for continuous member activation.
- Expanding Member Support: Build a proactive member support function.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Function Building: Build a high-performance culture focused on daily conversion metrics. Develop and maintain a full lifecycle strategy from launch to re-engagement.
Launch, Ecosystem & Content Ownership: Develop client launch practices, evergreen campaign frameworks, and content roadmaps customized for various member segments.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Client Success, Product Marketing, Product, CX, and Brand to drive insights and produce clear, inclusive messaging.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor metrics, execute A/B tests, and translate engagement data into actionable recommendations.
People Management: Lead a team including Activation Specialists and support roles to execute member support strategies.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Lifecycle Growth.
- Experience in fast-scaling B2B2E or Fintech/Health tech environments.
- Proven growth-hacker mindset with creative, data-backed tactics.
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot and project management tools (Linear/Asana).
- Strong team leadership and strategic communication skills.
Total Rewards Package
- Starting salary: $125,000 - $145,000.

Role Requirements & Location
This role is remote with candidates working from private, secure locations across the US. Applicants from Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and West Virginia will not be accepted.
