About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Systems Operations Manager to lead a team of analysts, manage systems efficiency, and oversee major operational initiatives. In this role, you will manage a Systems Operations team to monitor installed systems and infrastructure, engage stakeholders, and drive innovation in system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of analysts for operational monitoring and response.
- Engage internal partners and stakeholders to align system strategies.
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
- Develop policies, procedures and understand compliance requirements.
- Oversee resource allocation including people and finances.
- Mentor team members and support talent development and hiring.
- Conduct network assessments, security audits and system enhancements.
- Provide operational continuity through rigorous monitoring and reporting.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture, or equivalent; and 2+ years of leadership experience.
Job Expectations
- Identify opportunities for enhanced system administration and monitoring.
- Conduct system assessments and implement risk management practices.
- Manage production support activities with 24x7 global team coverage.
- Communicate performance metrics and incident analysis to management.
- Collaborate with various teams to influence operational innovation and automation.
