About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Selection & Assessment Specialist - Talent Acquisition to join the Talent Acquisition Selection & Assessment (S&A) team. The team provides expert consultation and best-in-class tools and processes to help hiring managers and recruiters select high-quality talent while mitigating risk in the selection process.
You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, key stakeholders, and business leaders to design and validate selection tools and support large-scale initiatives that impact hiring across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate custom selection tools and processes.
- Consult with recruiters and business leaders to support selection activities and tools.
- Partner in design, development, and implementation of online assessment tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on selection methodology.
- Analyze and improve current selection processes.
- Develop materials for recruiters and managers to effectively use selection tools.
- Provide expertise on selection-related policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and deliver on multiple projects and work efforts.
Required & Desired Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of selection experience through work, training, or education. Advanced degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology is preferred. Candidates should have demonstrated ability to validate selection tools, consult on policies, manage projects efficiently, and navigate complex operational challenges.
Job Expectations & Benefits
This position offers a hybrid schedule. No relocation assistance and no visa sponsorship. Base pay range is between $68,000 and $114,000.
