About the Role: Personal Banker Bilingual
As a Personal Banker Bilingual at Wells Fargo, you will be an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. You will help customers by building relationships through proactive outreach, assisting with account opening, service requests, and credit applications, while offering appropriate bank products and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through relationship building.
- Assist in opening new accounts and handling service requests.
- Propose bank products, services, and digital solutions.
- Comply with SAFE Mortgage Licensing and Regulation Z requirements.
- Identify potential fraud and escalate issues as necessary.
Qualifications
Required: At least 6 months of customer interaction experience and proficiency in Spanish/English.
Desired: Experience in handling complex transactions, team collaboration, proactive customer engagement, and familiarity with technology.
Job Details
- Must work a schedule that includes most Saturdays.
- Maintain cash drawer and perform cash handling tasks.
- This SAFE position requires regulatory compliance and background checks.
