About This Role
The Lead UX Designer - Enterprise Communications at Wells Fargo will lead design strategy and execution for high-impact employee-facing digital products. This role ensures experiences are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business goals while mentoring others and influencing design culture across teams. Available in Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; or San Francisco, CA.
In This Role, You Will
- Design Leadership: Own end-to-end design from discovery to delivery.
- Data-Informed Design: Leverage analytics, research, and feedback to optimize experiences.
- Design Systems: Develop scalable systems ensuring consistency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate reviews and communicate design rationale.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to align design with objectives.
- Platform Optimization: Enhance navigation, SEO, accessibility, and compliance.
- Design Execution: Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes.
- Mentorship & Influence: Guide junior designers and foster innovative team rituals.
- Agile Execution: Represent UX on SCRUM teams with Technology collaboration.
- Impact Measurement: Define and track success metrics.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic and Visual Arts, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise-level design initiatives.
- Experience applying data-driven insights from user research and analytics.
- Experience building scalable design systems.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
Office Locations & Pay Ranges
Charlotte, NC ($119,000 to $187,000), Minneapolis, MN ($131,000 to $206,000), San Francisco, CA ($143,000 to $224,000).
