About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Engineer with strong expertise in object-oriented programming and excellent knowledge of artificial intelligence and graph database technologies. This role focuses on enhancing security capabilities through advanced data modeling, intelligent automation, and secure software design.

In This Role, You Will

  • Design, document, test, and maintain complex security solutions including cryptography and cybersecurity.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve advanced vulnerabilities and issues.
  • Collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels.
  • Lead a team to meet security objectives effectively.
  • Apply object-oriented programming to develop secure and scalable tools and automation.
  • Utilize GraphDB technologies for advanced threat intelligence and risk analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years using object-oriented programming languages (Python, Java, C++, C#).
  • 1+ years of experience with GraphDB or similar technologies.

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of AI, LLMs, and machine learning concepts.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production.
  • Familiarity with secure software development practices and DevSecOps principles.

Job Expectations

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requires less than 10% travel, and is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Salary and Benefits

Salary ranges vary by location, with a base pay between $119,000 and $224,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits include health benefits, 401(k) Plan, paid time off, various insurance options, parental leave, commuter benefits, tuition reimbursement, and more.
