About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Commercial Banking/ Corporate & Investment Banking (CB/CIB) team.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead complex digital business plans and initiatives across the enterprise
  • Participate in large-scale planning and analysis of digital strategies
  • Evaluate and influence digital strategy for products and functionalities
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals and manage mid to large size projects
  • Consult with peers and senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications

5+ years of digital product management experience, demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing API platforms (e.g., Apigee, Kong, API Connect)
  • Experience in fast-paced agile, dynamic environments
  • Strong background in SDLC and API ecosystem
  • Familiarity with Cloud native paradigms and Cloud infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels

Job Expectations

Work on-site at an approved location at least three days per week with flexible work hours overlapping Pacific Time.
