About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager for the Workplace Technology product group in the area of Conferencing & Multimedia Services Engineering. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, product owners, engineering leads, scrum masters, and co-located delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery. You will serve as the team product owner for the Conferencing & Multimedia Services L1 Product.
Responsibilities
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and strategy to stakeholders.
- Refine features, user stories, and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage product backlog and roadmap milestones.
- Facilitate product events and resolve prioritization conflicts across products.
- Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent experience through training, military, or education.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau dashboards.
- Background managing global technology teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of human centered design principles and risk management.
- Proficiency with conferencing solutions (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex, etc.) and AV platforms (Cisco, Poly, Lifesize, Crestron, Extron).
- Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner is required.
Agile & Scrum Focus
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework is essential to manage product development cycles effectively.
