About This Role

At Wells Fargo, we are looking for talented people who put our customers at the center of everything we do. Join our Financial Crimes Operations team and become part of the Ongoing Customer Due Diligence team as a Due Diligence Consultant.

In This Role, You Will

  • Own client onboarding process to mitigate risk through due diligence.
  • Conduct and review client due diligence, research, and risk mitigation.
  • Consult on policies, guidelines, and compliance procedures.
  • Support reporting processes and controls while resolving complex cases.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to escalate and resolve issues.

Required & Desired Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Due Diligence or related fields such as risk management, client service, operations, or business process management. Desired skills include Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and attention to detail.

Location & Additional Information

Located at 800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy, West Des Moines, IA 50266. The position involves strict adherence to risk programs, proactive monitoring, and compliance.
