About This Role

In This Role You Will
- Assist Financial Advisor(s) with service and operational related activities.
- Provide client service via telephone, direct interaction and/or written correspondence.
- Facilitate Financial Advisor and client requests for account related information and/or quotes.
- Schedule and prepare for appointments with new or prospective clients.
- Establish and service client accounts, prepare forms, research inquiries, and manage security order tickets.
- Execute various administrative functions for Financial Advisor(s) and Branch Management.
- Maintain filing and record keeping to support client relationships and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a liaison for referral sources reviewing paperwork and forwarding to management as necessary.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Brokerage and Client Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications
- Brokerage client support or financial services industry experience.
- Administrative support experience in a financial services environment.
- Experience interacting directly with customers.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong client service focus with active listening and solution recommendation skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment.
Job Expectations
Adhere to compliance policies regarding outside activities and personal investing. Successful candidates must pass FINRA Background Screening Requirements and ongoing regulatory checks. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship and has specific regulatory obligations.
