About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a talented Business Analyst Product to contribute to the design research and strategy of our mobile and internet channels. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the online customer experience and ensuring seamless digital solutions.

In This Role, You Will

• Research and design for existing mobile and internet channels, adhering to established branding protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement approved design strategies and plan the creation and expansion of mobile and internet channels.
• Identify and research growth opportunities that enhance the online customer experience strategy.
• Develop or contribute to new and existing web or multimedia applications.
• Ensure consistency across electronic communications and websites by upholding company brand and quality standards.
• Collaborate and consult with other designers and internal groups.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced team members.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Website or Application Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Desired Qualifications

• Identify, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, particularly within check processes.
• Define and document requirements and user stories using Jira, ensuring proper backlog grooming and sprint readiness, and facilitating meetings for artifact validation.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and process mapping exercises.
• Create detailed process flows, user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Technology, Operations, Compliance, UAT, and QA teams.
• Maintain structured documentation and knowledge repositories in Confluence.
• Perform comprehensive gap analysis between legacy check systems and modern digital platforms.
• Support UAT planning, test case review, and defect triage.
• Drive workflow optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance considerations are integrated into solutions.
• Responsibly leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, documentation quality, analysis, and requirement refinement.
• Demonstrate a high degree of stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management team, ensuring project adherence to timelines and frequent progress communication.
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies, escalating as needed to ensure timely project task completion.
• Build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders to guide Wells Fargo towards its future state in alignment with firm strategy and business objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the industry, ensuring organizational interests are considered.
• Graduate/post-graduate degree with relevant work experience in banking, FinTech, or the BFSI industry.
• Experience in a business-technology environment, or equivalent through work experience, training, or education.
• Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Change Management, Agile, and Scrum principles.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
• Excellent documentation skills, ensuring traceability of delivery back to requirements.
• Experience documenting testing strategies, coordinating testing efforts, capturing business requirements, and communicating progress.
• Ability to identify root causes of problems and propose clear, actionable solutions.
• Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in all MS Office Applications, Agile Enterprise Jira, and Confluence.
