About the Role
The Lead DevOps SDLC Integration Engineer supports the Technology Strategy team in driving transformation and enhancing engineering productivity by integrating and configuring developer tools aligned with SDLC best practices.
Responsibilities
- Translate SDLC best practices into implementable processes.
- Partner with engineering teams for SDLC and Agile adoption using a maturity model.
- Configure developer tools to enforce practices and standards.
- Rapidly prototype new enhancements for SDLC improvements.
- Learn and utilize full capabilities and APIs of various developer tools.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Management to set scope.
- Assist Operations teams in proper provisioning and management of developer tools.
Qualifications
Prior expertise with DevOps tools including Atlassian Jira/Confluence, git-based platforms (BitBucket, GitHub, GitLab), CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and code quality tools (Sonar, Wiz) is required. Hands-on CLI script development (preferably on Linux) with programming in Python and Java is essential. Practical experience with Agile ecosystems, SQL, REST, JSON, authentication and authorization, as well as familiarity with cloud deployments and AWS infrastructure, is crucial. Experience with developer productivity metrics and dashboard creation is also valued.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is USD 80,000 - 180,000, reflecting various factors including skills, experience, certifications, and education.
