The Opportunity: Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Global Analytics team in Brazil. This is a Remote – Brazil position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the country, and is exclusively open to candidates based in Brazil. In this highly impactful role, you will be crucial in fostering a data-driven culture and spearheading strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for the development and ongoing data operation of Wellhub's growth strategy, products, technologies, tools, and technical solutions. This involves defining and enforcing efficient operational processes, generating and governing product-focused dashboards, educating stakeholders on datasets, developing analytical insights, and collaborating with global Product development teams as a strategic partner.

Your Impact at Wellhub

• Partner with global Product team leaders to deliver actionable insights through accessible, business-oriented datasets and visual dashboards, thereby driving informed decision-making across all functions.
• Build and manage scalable, product-specific dashboards and analyses that cater to stakeholder needs, ensuring centralized ownership for reporting requirements.
• Develop robust analytical models to guide critical strategic product decisions.
• Collaborate with managers and team leaders to translate ambiguous problems into clear, measurable, data-driven solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation within complex processes and lead their implementation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure pristine data quality by validating datasets, pinpointing and resolving root causes of issues, and coordinating with stakeholders to rectify discrepancies.
• Champion data governance best practices to guarantee reliable and compliant data management, fostering strategic alignment throughout the organization.
• Present compelling insights and recommendations to diverse audiences using effective storytelling techniques to influence impactful decisions and unify stakeholders.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with relevant experience in analyzing large datasets and transforming insights into actionable business recommendations. You should have a proven track record of managing stakeholder requests, effectively prioritizing tasks, and communicating complex data concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Excellent SQL skills are essential, enabling you to translate business questions into accurate code. Advanced expertise in data visualization, specifically with tools like Tableau, Looker, or Metabase, to design and build insightful, interactive dashboards is required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, possess a curious mind with an ownership mentality, and thrive as a driven self-starter. A passion for continuous improvement, strong execution skills, and excellent English communication abilities are also key. A fundamental understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and data architecture is expected.
